One of my favorite kinds of organizations to work with are community-based non-profits. Lead The Way Learning Academy is a youth development and youth work readiness agency. Their mission is to empower youth to take a meaningful place in the workplace by providing programs & activities to students K-12. The marketing strategy centered around highlighting the programs and the necessity of the organization. With the help of monthly newsletters and the program director, I was able to showcase the good work being done for the kids and highlight upcoming camps and programming.
