The ESC of Central Ohio is a large agency with a very small communications team. I act as the Brand & Marketing Specialist, overseeing all of the material that is housed in the building as well as any material that the public sees. We are currently in the process of introducing a broader brand identity for the agency: introducing more patterns, colors, and design options for public consumption. Each center is divided by subject matter and color and each department is treated like its own entity.
The demand from the Communications team is high, so projects vary from digital presentations, to bookmarks, to flyers, to logos, and even more. Being able to switch from email marketing to branding a conference in one day is thrilling and results in a lot of brand flexibility and quick turnaround deadlines.
